Asia Championship of Poker
Serving as the grand finale for the Asia Player of the Year race, the schedule is comprised of two types of tournaments.
ACOP Title Events
The focus for most players will be on the prestigious Main Event. However, all tournaments with buy-ins of HKD $8,000 and above, as well as the Ladies Asia Championship, are considered ACOP Title Events.
In terms of historical significance, these titles will be the measuring stick for all-time achievements at the ACOP. The winners will receive a special ACOP Title trophy in recognition of their accomplishment.
Regular Events
If you love poker but don’t have a big bankroll, that shouldn’t stop you from coming to experience the thrill and excitement of the ACOP. Nearly every ACOP Title Event will also have a lower-buy-in version of the same tournament that ranges from HKD $1,000 to $4,000.
